The place offers 2 bedroom Home with a Beautiful Living area and a well equipped Kitchen, Entire apartment will be with Guests. we are located 3kms from Coco Beach 5 kms from Candolim beach. Guest access The Guests can access the Entire Apartment and the common Areas like Parking, Pool etc. Other things to note - Please make sure to contact me from "Contact Host " Tab before Booking the Place for better understanding of the property - Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area , In that case society will charge 5000 rupees. - Please note as per the society rules it's advised to carry covid negetive report that should not be older then 48 hours else we won't be able to host you. If you have both doses vaccination certificates for all guests ,then that will be work. - Our home stays are sanitized properly before Arrival of every Guest to Make sure of Hygiene Factor. -Roadside parking is available. The parking is subject to availability. - Cleaning is Provided 2 days in a week for long stay. you can request cleaning on chargeable basis 300 INR.... -There will be a security Deposit of 3000 INR on the time of checkin that is totally refundable while checking out ( Except in case of any damage done by guests ). - we have Inverter as power back up on which only fans and lights will work. - Its a self check in Property ,there is no one for help with Luggage. - Apartment is on 3rd floor. There is lift available but that comes under society. it can be possible that any maintenance work will come up, that is taken care by the society not us . so only stairs to be used. - Society lift is available to access the apartment, property do have stairs to go from entrance gate to lift and to access pool area. - Uninformed and non sanctioned Late Checkout invites the penalty of Half rent of that day.:
