It is a 2nd floor apartment accessible by stairs stairs Or Elevator Other things to note - Please Contact me before booking the place for better understanding to avoid any confusion. - It's a brand new building, Five of the apartments are complete and rest are under construction. Also this is a developing estate, you can experience construction sometimes. -RO, microwave, refrigerator and basic crockery will be available . We don't allow cooking inside .We have a kitchen to serve your needs and also, you can order food from various nearby restaurants - As the place is fully carpeted, guests are requested to remove the shoes at entrance, Please use the provided slippers while inside the home. -Please note: Any kind of smoking (including hukka) is strictly not allowed. Smokers may smoke in the balcony using ashtray only. Smoking inside the home is strictly not acceptable Since inner floor is covered with carpet and balcony got artificial grass, please be very careful, as spilling something or ashes from cigarette may stain or ruin both of them. On violation of this rule guests are liable to pay the fine amount of 5000 INR. Kindly make sure the cigarette buds are disposed off and not thrown around in an around the apartment. - Guests need to take a local road (roughly a patch of 800 mtrs) from themain highway. driving expertise will be needed (common in Himachal) -Refundable security deposit of Rs 5000 is mandatory at time of Check in.
